My first experience at Von Bargens was amazing. I went here to have my grandmothers rings melted down to make a new wedding band and Melanie was very knowledgeable, went out of her way to be accommodating, and made it a painless experience. Repurposing old family jewelry was way more affordable than I would have ever imagined and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to do the same. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Charlotte Volk is one of a kind! Fluent in gemology and she provided us with fair and thoughtful advice during our time with her. It feels very nice to be advised versus being sold. She had a great personality and made our time at Von Bargen's very memorable. We would recommend the shop to anyone looking for a top-shelf experience. Charlotte is a consummate professional and the diamonds and jewelry are of unrivaled quality.

Working with Ali at Von Bargen's was a great experience. From start to finish she was amazing in searching for and finding exactly what I was looking for in an engagement ring. I am very impressed by the employee's at Von Bargen's! My now 10 year old daughter and I venture into the store whenever on Church Street just for fun. Gary & Ali have exceptional customer service and always make us excited to go back. Their jewelry is beautiful...I highly recommend you stop in for a peak!

When shopping for an engagement ring I was very focused on finding someone I enjoyed working with. Von Bargen's was the first place I stopped in, met Dawn, and stopped looking elsewhere. There was no pressure throughout the process and Dawn was patient, very attentive, and gave great advise. When we went back to pick wedding bands we had an equally enjoyable experience and Dawn made sure we found the right options for both of us. I can say confidently that the staff, quality, service and experience through Von Bargen's is best in class and I would highly recommend working with Dawn and the rest of the Von Bargen's staff.
