Bought gauges for my ears that were labeled as 9/16 and went to put them in outside of the store and they wouldn't fit. Tried asking for a refund and they said no because they don't have anything to clean them which is funny because before I left when I paid for them the counter worked asked if I wanted him to clean them before I left the store?! How does that make any sense??! Told me to try after a hot shower which I did and the lip on the metal is so thin they cut the skin and made one bleed. pretty disappointed all around.

On vacation and stopped into this store to look around. My husband’s mask slipped below his nose and immediately the store clerk reprimanded him. Then when we were ready to leave we couldn’t get out because they locked us in! I thought maybe we were going out the wrong way but the lady told us she had to lock the doors behind everyone. My point is that if a fire broke out, we’re locked in! Their main concern though is our mask, not our safety! Ridiculous!

On vacation shopping the stores with my husband when the store clerk called him out because his mask fell below his nose. Ok whatever. But when we tried to leave the store we were locked in. I thought maybe we were going out the wrong door but we had the right one. Another store clerk came over with a key to let us out and said she had to lock everyone in. Total fire hazard if there was any kind of emergency! Kinda scary too when you realize you can’t get out. Point is we’re all trying to abide Covid safety but not willing to risk higher safety measures for it! Not cool
