I CANNOT speak highly enough about this company!! In all respects. Truly.nRecently I ordered and very quickly got this amazing package, sent priority mail, from Raintree. I have never gotten something so thoughtfully and beautifully packaged from a company before! You have to see it yourself to understand. The pretty paper, boxed and tied with a satin ribbon, then put in this neat little bag with a card containing a handwritten note to me! Within this magnificent package was the beautiful sterling 802 bracelet I’ve wanted for years. I could not get this on my wrist fast enough! Simply stunning craftsmanship.nI did have a order mishap (completely my foolish mistake!!) so I needed to contact the company. I emailed them on a Saturday at 9:00 am and the wonderful Shannon got back to me only 3 hours later!! On a Saturday! The original package had a return mailing package in it and Shannon promptly emailed me my return label, again, priority 2 day. Shannon was constantly in contact with me updating me. She received my return and shipped my replacement right out. I had it within 48 hours of mailing out my return. I honestly had THE most amazing customer service experience I have ever had.nI truly have no regrets buying from Raintree.
