They are always so helpful and courteous. I am so glad to have them help me with my insurance needs for my cars. I have been with allstate for over twenty years, and am very pleased with them.

As for me my insurance for two vehicles full coverage was 379 a month I switched to progressive with higher coverage and it’s 151 dollars for better coverage I called your office to see if you would lower my bill a little before I switched and I got a no as an answer not even a dollar lower. I was even told it would be lowered after 6 months but it actually went up!!! And what made me switch is my mother in law got into a car wreck and the person that hit her was an Allstate customer that admitted to it being his fault but it still took Allstate the whole 30 days to take claim even after the guy said it was his fault. And my mother in-law who is on a fixed income and barely gets any money had to go without a vehicle for 30+ days and than when she got a rental car it was only for two weeks!!!! Not even long enough to get a check from Allstate to buy another car for property loss!!! That right there is not right definitely not an insurance company I wanna be affiliated with. But as far as for the local office I got my policy from you guys we’re great other than not giving me a better rate. But customer service and how professional you guys are is perfect! I’m gonna leave this review on google I think everybody should know before purchasing a policy. If you think your rate there offering you is to hi than get other quotes!!

Awesome group of kind and informative women. So glad I was Divinely Guided to turn into your parking lot when I needed to transfer my auto insurance from out of state. Looking forward in continuing to do business with the best Allstate branch in Kingman!
