The woman is very knowledgeable however, she does an awkward stare in silence that makes people feel uncomfortable. I worked with her last year as well. I have had some great experience with you guys for years. That is why I keep coming back. The big boss though doesn't have good people skills and that is why he works in the back and not directly with customer, or I would assume that office would loose half their business.

I went in for the advance in November the man who did it did not give me correct information which in return really messed me up. The girl that did my taxes this time was great and gave me the right info but the damage was already done and no way to fix it.
