First of all, I don't know why I see negative reviews on here.. Maybe some people don''t have nothing better to do or are just unhappy. But here some advice- kindness, respect, and maybe something called patience would go a long way.. second, if yall need help just say something and I know for a fact the owners will get to you. Thirdly, My experience there as been nothing, but amazing the owners are kind, loving wonderful people that always greets my family and I with a smile. :] and makes us laugh! They even know my voice when I call " do you do engravings?" Ha! Never gonna live that one down. They have beautiful Pieces, that why i spend way to much money there! ❤ Ox No regrets! Thanks for everything you've done for me and my family....MUCH LOVE! Sam

Great hospitality, beautiful pieces, and not priced like a tourist trap jewelry store. The folks that helped us were just as nice and helpful as they could be. We bought a few things, and I will be back next time I'm in the area without doubt. 12 out of 10 recommend.

Had two rings repaired and they were done beautifully. The ring with inlaid stones was done offsite and I've never seen such awesome work. They have a large amount of jewelry for sale and when I'm ready to make a purchase this is where I'll go. Customer service from Vergil and Carolyne was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional ... I enjoyed working with them.

Didn’t even get the question out of my mouth before the owner rudely responded to me. Terrible customer service. Want to support small but don’t understand how someone is so rude to people who are genuinely interested.

The man who runs the shop is rude. And stop calling new pieces "vintage."
