Great trail system! The parking at Saint J is big enough for about 10 to 12 cars so parking with a trailer might get a little tight if it is busy. We did biking here in July on a Sunday and it wasn't to crowded. The trails are well maintained with benches though out the trail for breaks and a occasional picnic area. From Saint Johnsbury it is mainly up hill so coming back is a breeze. A great place to burn some energy.

Ride from Sugar Ridge Campground to St Johnsbury (South Main St Park & Ride) easy 45 minute trip for even a beginner
