P.O boxes are old and outdated, requiring you to remember a padlock number instead of using keys like most post offices have switched to now a days. Employees seem unfriendly and unhappy whenever I walk in, willing to do their jobs of course but they don't seem to enthusiastic about it; Also the hours make it difficult to grab my mail on time being that I work a 9:00am to 7:00pm job 5 days a week. I give this location two stars only because I'm able to use it as my mailing address.

I had a PO box here for 12 years, and my family has received roadside mailbox delivery from this location, for many years. The counter staff have always been very nice, helpful, and efficient, and have helped to track down the occasional package when needed. Rural carrier delivery staff have gone the extra mile to ensure delivery of mail and packages. Thank you for the many years of very good reliable service, we appreciate it.

Went to pickup two packages that USPS tracking said was there. My PO Box has two slips in it confirming both packages. Lady comes out with one package. When I ask where the second one is, she says she couldn't find it. I tell her to look again because tracking says its there. She says I'll have to come back later when she's not busy with customers. I'm pretty sure at that point I was still a customer.

Everyone that works there seems so sad. A little grumpy and arrogant (knowing they can never be fired no matter how rude and lazy they get), but it’s not the attitude they have that makes the place so unwelcoming, it’s just mostly the sadness.
