Customer service is phenomenal! Thank you for your help and patience! Almost lost $250 due to a package being delivered to the wrong address. Fixed in under an hour in a rural location. Their Kingman facility is kept very clean, employees are attentive and kind, and work in a timely manner. Honestly the best USPS location I've visited in the US. Thank you again!

Linda is very Rude,when I was trying explain why I have not received my keys to our mail box she starting rolling her eyes and would not let us explain our situation we took all paperwork from purchasing our home and now have to take it back again because apparently they LOST OUR PAPERWORK FROM JUNE THESES PEOPLE NEED TO RETIRE IF THEY DONT LIKE THEIR JOBS.THEY NEED TO TSKE CLASSES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Thief works here. They stole a piece of our mail that they thought was probably a stimulus check, which it wasn’t. Whoever is working here and stealing mail, I hope you lose everything you’ve ever worked for. Thieves get treated like thieves. Don’t mess with people’s lives.
There’s a thief that works at this USPS that stole my kids gift cards. In late January early February I sent gift cards to my kids as a late presents for their birthdays at least worth $175. 2 of the 4 gift cards were already activated and were almost used up because I had given them the numbers to use online. The other 2 were not yet activated as I told my kids to wait until the cards got to them. Sadly, the gift cards never got to my kids. One of the 2 gift cards that were already activated upon checking was used at IKIA in Las Vegas. I watched you picked my mail and take the card I was sending my kids out of my mailbox. You have no conscience!
