Business License

This place is the worst bank ever. Extremely rude, unfair unethical practices. I own a local business. The people involved who were unfair and extremely rude are. Meyana Heyes, Kelly Nealson, and Kimberly berack. On top of consistently super rude behavior this is what happened: I was called and told a check I deposited in the branch was unable to be cashed because the corporation and the name the check was made out was different. When I asked what to do, meyana said I need to come in to fill out a afadavit of trade name use or a business license. When I arrived I attempted to clarify based on what they explained that they would accept a check from a business owner who was not the holder of a Business license. I went on to explain that since they do not require me to be legally operating in order for me to deposit a check I am obligated to make sure I am operating legally. The branch manager Kelly Nealson, said that she is busy with having to go pick up her child from preschool, she doesn't have time to adress the account, also she is uncomfortable with the fact that I identified that they are willing to accept money from business owners who are operating illegally, also said to meyana maybe we should close my account. Meyanna who smiled happily in the pursuit of continuing the antagonism against me to close my account, (I would like to overstate that meyana Hayes appeared extremely satisfied that I was being mistreated to her liking and that she had an overly satisfied look that her supervisor was allowing her permission to continue mistreating me by closing my account.) Kimberly berak said my account is being closed after I informed her that I am Jewish and even though I kindly asked if it could not be closed she stated that I don't have a choice and that I am asked to leave. On my way walking out per her request the door was held open by a friend of hers who appeared to be another member of that branch as well shoved me as I was exiting the door. He happened to shove me by my injured shoulder and I said ouch, you just assaulted me on my injured shoulder. He then walked outside and got really close to my face and asked me if I wanted to be arrested by him. I said I don't know what he is talking about, you just assaulted me by my injury and I am calling the police. If an effort to defend this criminal act made by her friend Kimberly Berack also called to file a false accusation of trespassing even though I did no such thing as a attempt to defend to illegal act her friend commuted by assaulting/shoving me by my injury. I am now in the process of dealing with corporate to resolute this issue. I am speaking them this situation to exposed to the light and the following to occur: 1. I will be allowed to have my business account reopened and make regular business deposits. 2. The three above wrongdoers will be reprimanded by corporate. And watched over to ensure they never mistreat myself or other members as they mistreated and discriminated without oversight against myself. 3. The member who assaulted me is apprehended and becomes aware that it is not ok to assault other people whether or not they are injured before he assaults them and then threatens to arrest them illegally. 4. The false accusation of me trespassing which never occurred because I was invited and then when asked to leave I left. The fact that a false accusation was created to defend an illegal act of assault is not ok nor ethical and also needs to be shined upon with light so it is clear that not only is that not ok to happen again but this matter that occurred is resolved.
