We've been meaning to visit this place every time we come to VT to see my brother, and we finally made it. We came on a snowy day and had the place to ourselves. The gentleman who assisted us was delightful and most helpful. We tried out almost every cushion, discussed various forms of meditation and were happy to leave with two wonderful cushions. It's just so nice to be sitting on something that's handmade in VT by people who practice meditation. Thank you Samadhi Cushions, we'll certainly spread the word back here in WI.

The Zafu/Zabuton is beautiful.There is a bit of adjusting my body to the way the Zabuton responds to my posture and body weight . In whatever way Samadhi Cushions are constructed, the Zabuton conforms to my legs. It actually molds itself so there are no gaps or openings under my legs, thighs and knees. It is like sitting on a cloud! The Zafu stuffed with kapok does the exact same. There is no unbalance on the Zafu and no pressure on the bones. Now I am wondering just as you maybe, how or why. Yes, the old Zafu has Kopak, but it was always inconvenient challenge to adjust. The old Zabuton was cotton, but there were always gaps and a discomfort to it.nnThe stitching is so well done even on the inside. All the seams are even, no irregularities in the cutting of the fabric. The pleats in the Zafu a perfect symmetrical. The cover of the Zabuton: the corners are staystitched which results in no distortion. The corners a nicely rounded. The sides are Serged Seam Finished which hides the thread and adds strength and durability. There is no distortion or pulling anywhere in the cover.nnUnzip the cover and look inside and the quality is equally excellent. There are no threads all over the place or irregular cut material anywhere in either the Zafu or Zabuton. Both a made with precision and top quality materials: fabric, thread and stuffing. Perhaps, that in addition to the skill of the seamstress and the care, attention and love that is incorporated is the reason Samadhi Cushions are what they are
