Promised not to cash the deposit until work started, and then cashed it, I had a life situation and won’t give back my money even though I met his offer to pay for the 8 hours plus travel he put into the planning.nnUPDATE; He did come back and do the work which is seemingly a good job so I increased the rating from 1 to 3 starts. I believe Steve is a nice guy, but just needs a more refined business approach that honors a deposit as what it is, a deposit and it should not be spent until the job is ready to be kicked off.
Wonderful work done. The product is outstanding and was done at a very reasonable rate. The job was done quickly and to a fantastic standard. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone considering!!!
Unprofessional, unethical, scam artists. Horrible experience. Substandard work and materials used. Constantly changing agreed upon quotes, while doing the job. Left behind complete mess. Blasting radios upsetting neibors after several request to turn down. Broke into my house to plug in equipment and much more, complete nightmare. Let my mistake in hiring this outfit be a warning for others not to do the same
