The simplicity and beauty of Vermont rolled into 19 acres. Vern and Peg are the cutest farmers you could hope to stumble upon. A hidden gem tucked in the valley of Stratton Mountain (insane views of the mountain). Vern built every structure on the property with his own hands. And I dare to think there’s no baked good that Peggy hasn’t tried her hand at making! The sugar shack is no shack at all, but a institute to the art of maple sugaring and an arcitural feast for the eyes. Beauty around every corner... oh and don’t even get me started on the adorable cats that really run the joint!!
Another nice place to stop for a break while snowmobiling. You can purchase gas, snacks, hot dogs or chili. They also have outhouses if need to relieve yourself.
My favorite place to get my maple syrup. The Jenks family is friendly and fun!
