Dereck and his crew are by far the BEST. We have had an issue with Bats in our attic and came across Dereck Darling. From our first call to him, he responded Immediately and Professionally with our initial consultation. We hired them and was blown away with his Accuracy, Attention to every Detail, Cleanliness, Experience and Knowledge. They went Above and Beyond in every step they did while Communication and Explaining the entire process in Detail. It was truly a Learning Experience and we are Extremely Happy with the Results. Our house is now Bat Proof. Thanks again Dereck and Sam.

Fantastic! I am afraid of just about every insect out there. When I called, the lady in the office was so nice, and helped put my mind at ease. When the exterminator showed up, he was very knowledgeable and attacked my ant issues. I signed up for a plan, and was surprised at how affordable it was! I've referred many friends to use these guys.

We have used ACTION PEST CONTROL quarterly for about ten years; We will continue to use them ...they are the champs. Our pest manager, Derek Darling is the BEST...Not only is he thorough, timely, and proficient, but, also extremely affable...and this to us (and probably many others) is really important...Derek is dog friendly. Yes, ACTION PEST CONTROL (AND Derek) are great, and, I would recommend their services to ANYbody...

I manage several properties and one high-end air b&b. Unfortunately, I had an issue with bedbugs that were brought in. I was impressed with the equipment, the representative that was sent out, and the results. Have referred several people for normal issues as well. These guys are legit!

Dereck has been taking care of our home in Lenox since 2012. We are extremely pleased with Dereck's work ethic, his professionalism and his responsiveness. If we ever have a problem between our quarterly service (and that's rare), he is always there for us. I highly recommend him.
