Roger was absolutely awesome!!! All our paperwork was ready and waiting for us. He was very detailed on going over each truck. We left there with a tremendous amount of confidence that if we had an issue Penske would take care of it!!!

Terrible customer service. I was on the phone with a lady at first, and her tone was as if she had no interest in helping me. Called again because there was a miscommunication in the pricing after making a reservation and another male employee had bad customer service as well, went on about how much it costs them to have penske truck delivered to them from PHNX. Which does not concern me at all. The lady mentioned 22' foot for $150, and I was reserved for a 26' foot for $169 and when I had call to change the truck to the one i had asked for, the guy had told me both 22' and 26' foot cost the same.. terrible service.
Price was great for traveling across the country! Clean and very well maintained! Way better than Uhaul!!!
