Had a fly on a car trailer. Could not get anyone. To help us.
Drove trailer back with flat tire.
After all this time No one contacted us. Will not be renting from them again.
Also it was over 100 my wife and I have diabetes. For over 2 and a half hours sitting in the hot sun.
Roadside assistenance is a joke.
Beware! First, the manager is rude and not helpful. Second, they can't manage inventory. Two people in line with us also had the wrong truck or no truck available. No apology. Only person worse to deal with than the manager is the assistant manager Allen. Awful. We were literally told "take it or leave it"! What's the point of making a reservation? Taking our concerns up the ladder. Wish us luck.
I'm very upset with uhaul. Flew from kansas to move family back
Had truck reserved for a full week. When I was 12 miles, yes, 12 miles!! From the uhaul we get told we dont have a truck. They couldn't get us a truck until Wednesday!!!! 5 days later. I took vacation to do our move. Then they wouldn't even make it right with us when we asked for trailer and smaller truck for same price.
So disappointed. Go with penske!
Great service and people. Used them multiple times and never have I had any kind of issues.
