U-Pack was one of the best choices I've ever made. They are totally professional and have excellent communication processes. Trailer was delivered and picked up from both locations immediately after calling. Delivered on time as promised and pleasant to deal with. THANKS U-Pack!
Excellent customer service. Dropped off the trailer when asked. We ran into trouble with closing the house we were selling and U-Pack left the trailer for a week without charge. They picked it up when things finally straightened out and delivered it cross country a couple of days early so we could be unloaded before Christmas. Get people to work with at both ends of the journey.
Pleasant and professional. Took 6 days to pick up trailer despite calling daily. Otherwise, very affordable and would recommend and use again.
