All I have to say is I love this company. Very professional, worked all day, and went above and beyond in helping me work with National Grid. National Grid, however, is another story, but I digress. Would definitely recommend Champlain Valley for your electrical (or other) needs.
My AC died last week - and I forgot to call them until about 5:15 on Friday. Early Monday morning Dave, their air conditioning guy, called - he could come by late afternoon to check out the problem and see if it was a quick fix. He did, and it wasn't. He came back TODAY - remember, this is the SECOND BUSINESS DAY after I called in the problem, and we're in the middle of a 90+ degree heat wave in VERMONT. I'd been expecting to not even see anyone for a week, since I'm sure they're swamped with service calls!nnHe found the issue, ran a new cable from compressor to fan unit (which is located in my 120+ degree attic!) and the air conditioning is working again and cooling down my house.nnI'm VERY impressed with the speed of their reaction and with Dave for how he fixed a unit he wasn't familiar with. Both hallmarks of a true professional, and I will certainly call them again when I need service for my AC. (I call them for my heating system, too...) No question; Champlain Valley Heating and Plumbing are the people to call when you need someone to service your HVAC.
Have worked with Champlain Valley Plumbing and Heating for many years for furnace, heat pump and plumbing repairs and have always done a good job....and I can be a difficult customer, asking a ton of questions! They just replaced my furnace and installed a new water tank and did an outstanding job. Dave Whitcomb and his team are the best! Honest and efficient! I recommend them highly.
Great gas prices
We have called on Champlain Valley Plumbing for the purchase of a heat pump for air conditioning and recently a hot water heater heat pump.... Happy with the products... Very energy efficient!! Highly recommend David and his crew!!
