Always deliver packages somewhat timely and to the correct adresses. Slightly annoying that there is only one mail run a day (package could arrive at 11am and will put out for delivery by the next day. Frusterating as this will always add a day to shipping time even if you payed for faster shipping.

4 out of 5 times the delivery drivers are so lazy they don’t even ATTEMPT to deliver packages. The last package they “attempted to deliver” was an extra set of screws for my vacuum,. The note said package was too big for mailbox. When I went to pick it up from the post office the package was the size of my palm. Before that is was a label maker that was 1/4 the size of a shoe box, I paid $60 to have it overnighted Friday evening, all for it to sit at the post office until Monday. Ridiculous, so frustrating.

My approximate wait time is between twenty and thirty minutes! This is wrong! Our state jobs are being outsourced and our USPS is under sourced! I want a quality from our government that is being sold to Wallstreet! Vanessa answered my questions with great customer service and knowledge; I'd like more real people on the other end of the phone. Your automated system could not have helped me.

ANCIENT, craptastic point of sale system here. Signature pad inoperative, locks system up. Clerk says it happens all the time. Super friendly and helpful clerk.

I have a hard time getting inside with my wheelchair. I like the different types of stamps though.
