In 2018 I was managing the affairs of a friend who lived in Bristol but was away on an extended vacation. The Carter Agency found me a very good policy for an uninhabited house, which wasn't easy, as most insurers do not want to insure vacant properties. And, when, unfortunately, we had a plumbing issue with massive damage later that winter, Eric Carter and his team made sure that our large claim was handled fairly and efficiently by Foremost, a Farmer's subsidiary. The house was returned to it's former pristine condition, and then re-insured by the Carter Agency without any fuss when my friend returned home.nnSimilarly, the Agency insured her new auto last year, with the Agency staff taking the time to make certain that my friend had all the coverages she needed, and none that she did not.nnWe most emphatically recommend the Agency to all those seeking insurance of any kind.
