Lydia was working today and greeted us right away. She was very professional but nice at the same time. Also enforced the 5 person in store rule and masks on policy which we appreciated seeing. Went in on a whim because my son and husband wanted an ear pierced. She did so quickly and made sure everything was clean before she did it. Pretty steep prices on most days but u look hard enough, u can find decent deals. Will return again.

So much fun stuff in the store. It is a bit overwhelming but everything was great for my 5 year old to look at and try. Sales staff was good too when they let me know we could buy 2 things and get the 3rd free. Definitely will be back!

Worst experience ever. Went to get my cartilage done, then she offered the second one free... So I got both. Didn't realize piercing with a gun is horrible! You cannot clean guns properly. You also risk shattering your cartilage. A one time needle should be used. Also didn't know that you wouldn't be able to sleep for a week straight. That's why you only get one at a time done.. So you can sleep on the side that's not hurt. My ears swelled so much that the earring was putting pressure on them. Body jewelry should be used so there is room for swelling. I went to a professional and he took them out for me. He said he sees this all the time and its so sad Maryland will let a bunch of ignorant children pierce ears.
