I actually had a pretty good experience tonight at the Sailsbury location. Sarah waited on me and she was very knowledgeable and patient with me, as I was picking out my engagement ring.nnI will say that I went to another location of Kay’s today and I was waited on three different girls, (they all gathered around me), but one of them was somewhat rude, and that turned me off!nnI’m not a high maintenance person by any means, but I definitely know that customer service is a big deal! Sarah was a great example of that, and I can’t wait to do more shopping there!

Great customer service,i purchased my ring 3 weeks ago coming in i was not too sure what i really want but Leslie helped me and was very understanding and very patience to me.And also Sarah was very helpful and patience through phone customer service.nAnd even their online custoner service my very helpful.

Went in early on a Saturday morning, expecting for help with picking out a ring. Found a pretty one I was going to purchase for over $3,000, but because of how rude Leslie was to me for just asking questions about the sale going on AND how her day was going...I went to Zales and Robinson’s to make my final purchase. Would it kill her to smile being an assistant manager?! There was no one in the store and she couldn’t have been at her shift for very long so congratulations Kay. You lost a customer and over $3,000 of a sale lol.

Tonight we walked into Kay’s to look for a wedding ring no one greeted us or asked us if we needed any help, we waited and walked around and looked for a ring ourselves, 15 minutes had gone by and still no one waited on us or even said hello, it wasn’t even busy. But that’s ok because we went right over to zales and got our ring there.
