Beautiful place to take the kids. Fishing and boating also. Had a Wonderful time. Loved it and so did my grandson and niece.
The kids seem to really enjoy this park. The play equipment is in good shape and age appropriate for toddlers to big kids. There was a bit of trash on the ground and the grass has been long the last 2 times we visited but it's still a nice park to visit.
Very nice clean park to bring the kids to play! They also have a pavilion with picnic tables if you want to have a birthday party or get together with family and/or friends. They have restrooms, boat dock, and beautiful gazebos. My friend actually got married in the gazebo there at the park and it was beautiful!!!
Crabbing is fun here and so many huge fish they are literally jumping up out of the water just waiting to be caught! Nice and peaceful with plenty of birdwatching opportunities and great area for nature photography! Bait shop on left over the bridge they also sell bow hunting supplies. Buy fishing license at Lingo Marine it's the closest to this park. When crabbing beware of the turtle that tries to steal your bait I named him Andy. :)
Its a quiet little park where you can fish, crab, or put out a boat or a canue/kayak. The park offers 2 pavilions. One pavilion is large enough for family gatherings and the other is wonderful for a small family to have a lunch with a view of the water. Nice and peaceful!
