Absolutely amazing experience working with Nicole, our floor consultant. Nicole was not only extremely knowledgeable about the many different flooring lines and products, but she had a great personality and was a pleasure to work with. No pushing, no pressure to buy. Nicole informed and educated more than she tried to sell. A+ service and an A+ product line!

My husband I loved our experience with the Carpetmart staff on the phone, through email, and in person. We ordered porcelain tile for both bedrooms and three closets online. The price was very reasonable. When we emailed and called with questions, we received immediate responses. Great customer service. We ordered 2 boxes too many and were able to return the unused/unopened boxes back to the store and gave us full credit for the return. Thanks so much folks.

Was very helpful with the kind of floors we were interested in.nWe were really impressed with our installers Jamie Yingling and Joe!! They were very friendly and very professional. They installed deluxe vinyl and a ceramic tile. The floors look absolutely gorgeous!!nI will definitely recommend Airbase to my friends And neighbors. We went with Berber carpet for our beach condo and were very satisfied with the entire sales...pre-install inspection, and installation process. My Wife and I broke down the beds and some other items before the install...our installers said that this was very helpful for them.....total time was 4.5 hr for 3 rooms....

Happy Moment Turned SadnnMy husband and I went to the store on August 29th and purchased vinyl and carpet for the whole house. The sale rep advised that we would hear something later about measuring. John kept changing measurement times. I had to ask if he did certain areas.nnI received a call the week of September 14th from the manager Mark to schedule us for 3 days on October 6 to 8.nnMy husband and I moved the furniture the day before. The first day came and I waited to call since no one showed up and found out that we were removed from the schedule with no call. I am not sure how that happened and was told that I could be scheduled the next day. Thank goodness we did not get a hotel room. My husband called as well and the reasoning was that it was okay since we were scheduled for 3 days anyway. Poor service.nnNext day, the carpet came first. Not sure how the carpet was scheduled before the vinyl, because it wasn't before. I was told that it would be vinyl then carpet. Anyway.nnI called the store back at 12 to check the status on the vinyl. I was advised the vinyl would be there from 11 to 1. The vinyl did not show up until 3 and did not finish until 7.nnA couple of days later, I was kneeling down and I see a crack or slit in 3 areas of the vinyl. I called the store. I was provided the wrong email to provide photos. I called back and received the right one. I sent the photos and it has been a few weeks and no answer.nnI just want the situation fixed.
