I walk into this place and it feels like a mental facility. The lights are dim, theees no music and the employees seem worn out. I tell the employee at the register that she needs a radio in the store and she says corporate won’t allow radios OR clocks. How absurd is this?!? I’m confident no one in corporate ever worked the graveyard shift or else they’d feel differently. Stop being fools, it’s a boring and dangerous job, don’t make the staff suffer just because you can.
They aren't open 24 hours anymore, they close from midnight til sometime early morning
I recently moved to this area, and stopped in for a cup of coffee! I have a large mug the regular coffee was out, and I was only able to fill half my mug! Normally, it cost me about $1,09 to fill in other places!
When I went to the cashers, there was an older woman there and a younger man!
I mentioned that the coffee was out!
I saw that they had a new batch brewing! I expected her to say, please wait a moment, and there will be a fresh batch!
That's not what happened, she started talking about how people bring in large cups and they run out, and it's that's why she did not have coffee ready! She didn't say there will be a new batch up soon!
She had already rang up as a sale but, I had the lid off so she could see I did not get what I came in for!
After she had treated me like an idiot because, I tried to buy a large cups of coffee, going on about large cups!
I said well it's normal for people to buy large cups, and it's your job to keep coffee ready but, both pots are empty!
Then she when off and said that I was rude, and have a good, as she walked over to the new pots, and began to put them up for sale rudely! Telling me have a nice day, have a nice day blowing me off!
I told her that I, was going to wright a complaint, she pointed to the manager Joe, and said he's right here!!
He did not say a word as she waa belittling, he snickers, and just blows me off, he didn't try to offering me a coplete coffee or say anything to make the experience better!
It was a big screw you lady so, I went outside, got in my car and began writing!
This was my first visit, and this morning shift is horrible!!
I am going to call corporate, and I'm sure I'm not the only person these two smug forms of life have done this two!
Neither should be working with people in any business, and getting a cup of coffee should not be this big of inconvenience!
Rudest old lady I have ever met at the register
It's OK I give it 3thumbs up outta 5.!!!
