Dickens Parlour Theatre

You probably wouldn’t think that rural Millville would be home to a world-class magic venue, but it is indeed.nnThe Dickens Parlour hosts nightly magic performances during the summer tourist season and features a quaint and intimate theater that only seats slightly more than 50 spectators.nnShows generally last about an hour and are big hits with those of all ages, though they’re especially popular with little ones.nnShows also include comedians, ventriloquists, and mimes, and ticket prices are surprisingly reasonable.nnBe sure to check their schedule online before you go, as their hours vary by season and day of the week.

I love this local gem. Magic, comedy, and all kinds of fun! The team who runs the Theatre are magicians and love to encourage the magical arts. They also have interesting personalities with lend flavor and color to the shows. They bring magicians from all over the world to this local stage. Please support them by going to enjoy a show! Jewel box of a theater. 50 seats. So much fun. Live performance, just a few feet away from the magician. Nice people. Please support this venue. It's a throwback, yet so immediate and intimate. Enjoy!

About a 30 minute drive from Ocean City, MD, this place is awesome. Came to see the magician Francis Menotti. Very entertaining and a pleasant man. The staff were friendly and it was a packed house that night. Great show and Francis had the audience engaged and laughing. The theatre is in the back and in the front they have a small house with exotic features and items. The theatre itself offers magicians and stand up comics. We all had a great time at this place.
