They finally delivered the package weeks after it was sent but no one knows where. $1,800 worth of expensive DJ equipment left somewhere outside at an apartment complex. We told them we needed them to require a signature but they didn't. When we call in to the main number, we finally spoke with someone after waiting on hold for an hour. They told us to call the OCEAN VIEW POST OFFICE and have them pick the package back up. When we called their local number, the guy who answer the phone was extremely rude and would not allow me to talk. After listening to him give me a six minute long explanation of how they did their job I asked if he would allow me to speak. When I tried to start explaining to him that I was told to call to have the package picked up he just hung the phone up in my face. When I called back repeatedly, no one would answer the phone anymore. Our client who was supposed to be the recipient of the package went into their office, the manager was very rude to him as well.nnNow the Post Office does not want to take any responsibility at all whatsoever! Looks like we will have to sue them. What a shameful way to do business!! We would never take another package to them. The USPS is the absolute worst!!!!!

Staff comes off as unfriendly. If you want something done, you need to guide them into what you want done or lead them to give you service.

The employees at the counter are wonderful they went above and beyond what was needed..The 2 star does not reflect their performance rather the Postmasters attitude . The post master has got to go/retire. His employees do not like him at all it is obvious, and it makes for a very unnerving working environment. Having worked for the Government for 30 years and working with Postal inspectors, people like this postmaster give all Government workers a bad name He was rude and, not at all customer service friendly or willing to go a little bit extra to make customers happy. It’s just a shame. Maybe the light will go on for him and he can change and realize Your employees are your best asset.
