Don’t waste your time. They don’t care what you are there to do. Don’t want to be bothered with your questions. Needed a small piece of tape. Told me to buy a 20 foot roll. Went to ups taped the whole box for free. Was cheaper. Told me all my options. Post office workers at seaford are Miserable people.
I dread going into the post office. Everyone there is grumpy and mean. I ask a question I get a sarcastic answer. It's like I am supposed to know already. News flash .. I don't work at the post office hun.. YOU DO! I swear its as if you HAVE to be a grump to get a job to work there and trust me some of them are over qualified!
If you want to have a horrible rest of your day then please stop by. I sell on Poshmark and went in to mail off items that were purchased over the weekend, naturally I could not mail them off during that time. The lady with short blonde hair tossed the packages back at me and said “these are the wrong date”. Uhm...I can’t control what the label says seeing as the label is pre-populated once the buyer purchases and I can’t mail over the weekend soooo...? How am I supposed to control this? So pretty much she was of zero help and only tried to look for a paper to tell me the right thing to do. Mind you, I have been buying and selling on poshmark for months now and have never had this issue. Don’t give them the time of day. This location either needs a serious staff overhaul or just needs to close its doors. If you want great customer service, take the extra few minutes and go to Laurel Post Office. Nicest people I’ve dealt with and were so helpful.
AWFUL AWFUL experience. Disrespectful staff. I had questions on how to full out some paperwork plus I need to buy stamps and the lady told me to hurry up and buy my stamps and leave!!!!! This was today at the Seaford location. If I could I would give it zero stars. One star is too generous.
Poor customer service! Tried to send a certified mail envelope and was directed to the forms to fill out myself, had a question and had to wait in line again to do that. I specifically told the worker that I had never sent certified mail before and needed some help, was told to read instructions!nTook same piece of mail to Laurel and the employee filled out the form and it didn't take 2 minutes and I was out the door!nThis post office in Seaford needs to understand that the customers on the other side of the counter helps pay thier wages!nJust out right lazy and rude!!!
