I am very concerned about this service. I receive a travel document with a reasonable looking itinerary but I check the delta reference online and it looks like my flight is booked as a one way. I.E. INCOMPLETE. My flight is in a few days and I can't get through their 24/7 services. I've left a VM and an email to their support staff. Will see how this goes and change review accordingly.
The worst service ever and people don’t ever deal with them no matter what is the price because they gonna cost more due to their mistakes they don’t answer your call after you pay them and they ether do book right or not at all. I am sharing this with you because don’t want anyone happed to him what happend to me. I most be in Jordan in March 2 for my brother wedding but thanks to them I miss my brother wedding
This is a scam. they took my money and they never sent me ticket. they only sent me itenary and its been two months and they dont even pick up calls. i booked ticket for my tenth anniversary. they are the worst! Please be aware of this!!
Horrible!nDid an online booking, received the confirmation/reservation code. Checked the codes online and found that one flight was missing. Took me 3 days to get in contact with them. They finally called me this morning telling me they made a mistake with my booking and did not do it right and now I need to pay an extra $300 because the price has increased since I made my booking! This trip is for my own wedding! And I do not have any extra money at all! I should not have to pay extra for their mistake. Thanks to them i will miss my own wedding
Do not ever deal with them when you pay them they stop answers.
