I have been working with HBS for over a year now and have received excellent customer service. This company truly goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. I know I can always rely on their team for time sensitive matters in a way I cannot with other industry competitors.

I was extremely surprised (and very appreciative!) that Harvard Business Services is very proactive about customer feedback and takes client satisfaction seriously!! I will undoubtedly continue to use their services, and recommend them for their focus on customer experience - they recognized a gap in their service training based on an online review I left, and fixed it right away!nnFor more context, I had a great set-up experience and when the next interaction didn’t go well, I left a candid online feedback. I was surprised when I received a call from Harvard Business Services’ VP of Sales the very next day to understand the sequence of events and what they could have done better!! Since then, I understand that the situation was discussed in internal meetings for training and improvement, and they even checked in on my subsequent experience.nnThe fact that a company takes customer reviews seriously, and actually takes the time to research the incident and then reach out to the customer for follow-up shows extremely high professionalism and focus on customer delight! I appreciate their proactive outreach, and will be sure to continue to use their services!

I have been a customer since 2002 and never had a problem....then one day I did...and they went out of their way to rectify it and make everything right. Many companies say they care about their customers, but Harvard Business actually does and backs words up with deeds. Kudos and keep up the great work!
