I have recently changed all my insurance to this company and am totally satisfied..I spoke with Candace for new business and she handled everything I needed with patience and expertize. She was great. More recently I needed to add a vehicle to my account and spoke with Amy..Once again patience and expertize and also great..I wanted to go with a local company and I am so pleased with the great service I have received. I highly recommend Jeanine O'Donnell's agency.

I switched to Jeanine after unsatisfactory service from another agent in Sussex County. I had had a personal relationship with her as we had been in Clear Space Theater's Readers' Theatre production of THE LARAMIE PROJECT a number of years ago. I am also happy to see her make financial contributions to supporting productions there on a regular basis. During an after hours personal call to me, she happen to mention that SF was starting to write homeowners policies for beach houses. She came and walked through our house. We measured all the spaces for a more accurate square footage estimate. Her staff person, John, has been in touch with me for the new policy, which we are about to sign. Then, I recently got served with a summons for a law suit from a minor accident on 1/31/2018, Kelly, a former claims person, reassured me that SF would handle this and not TO fret. So far, I cannot say enough positive things about Jeanine's agency.

His knowledge and recommendations were much appreciated.nI now insure my home, autos and umbrella liability with State Farm
