I contacted this studio by email before a girls trip to see if they had an instructor willing to meet us at the beach to do a morning yoga session. Kate was very helpful in setting up the perfect area to meet and the cost was also very reasonable (compared to another studio I contacted). Kate also set us up with a wonderful instructor, Helen.nHelen met us on time with a friendly smile and some pretty amazing dreads! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was only my second time doing yoga and the other girls do not do yoga regularly. We had a great time and I am so thankful that this studio was able to make our girls trip a memorable one.
Involution Yoga studio is truly a transformative space with creative and lovely yogis guiding your individual journey. The studio itself invites good vibes and a warmth you would have to feel to believe. All of the teachers are incredibly talented and wonderful people to know on both a personal and teacher/student level. Upon completing the RYT 200 Teacher Training with Barbara Spears and Kate Fitzgerald, I not only feel completely confident in my skills and knowledge but I also feel completely connected to yoga! Learning about the 8 distinct limbs of Patanjali and how to apply yogic teachings to my own practice and life is invaluable. Thank you so much Barbara and Kate for the last 6 months and for showing me new ways to connect with the world through my own consciousness. You are both very loved and appreciated! ❤ufe0f
