I was walking around with my dog around the premises when the store attendant came out. He asked me if I wanted to go inside. We ended up having a conversation. Real nice guy. Very polite and courteous. He's a marine corp vet. I didn't get anything but it truly was a pleasure to have met the attendant. No wonder he said the book store was Show Lows best kept secret. I agree.
A great place to spend a quiet afternoon browsing an endless supply of used books. The owner is very knowledgeable about a wide range of authors and most helpful. The store is very comfy with sitting areas and some new materials for sale nicely displayed.
Just found it. Shocked I didn't find it much sooner. Was more than I expected. Larger. More variety. I Will be back.
What an amazing place for book lovers, whether resident or tourist! I could spend literally (no pun intended) hours in this wonderful place. Friendly service, smiles all the way around and endless books, music, and similar items to search for and enjoy. A fan 4-ever!!!
