My family and I used Jack Lingo realty for a vacation home in Lewes this summer. Our agent was Sandi. The house and location were amazing! The communication leading up to the rental dates was reliable. The day our rental began, we were supposed to receive a linen package that was marked off on the contract. They never arrived. The agent stated that they weren’t paid for and couldn’t be sent until they were. She had made a mistake and didn’t add the package marked off into the total, leading us to pay last minute. A rental agent’s responsibility is to add the costs of a contract so you don’t have to, no? Also, the cleanliness of the house was a disgrace. In a time like this with COVID-19, people are hesitant to travel. You trust that the cleaning company Lingo realty would hire would take pride in protecting their renters. This was not the case. There was food all over the carpet and handprints everywhere. It was very apparent they had not wiped down frequently used surfaces. When the issues were presented to the agent, she offered to have the cleaners return but that is not convenient when you have 10 people unpacked, including an infant. No compensation was offered for the linen package mistake and she was very rude in communication when it was brought to her attention. No customer service. The ice machine was broken and no one ever came to fix it or communicated they weren’t coming. Unfortunately, we will not be using Jack Lingo realty for our vacation next year or ever. I would not recommend them.

Sandi, the agent at Jack Lingo in Lewes, was available and responsive. We needed attention to things that didn't work in our rental, and she sent repair people expeditiously. We were grateful.

Absolute worst. Do not rent from them they use people for their money. Terrible realtors. Use a different realtor for a better time it’s a complete scam.

Not much to say about. Everything went according to plan.
