Wonderful
This was an awesome alternative retuning home from Delaware. This was my third ever trip on the ferry and it never disappoints. Flawless online reservations at my requested time. The ferry terminal is modern and super clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The schedule is promptly adhered to with a security check of all vehicles. Very comforting. The ferry was clean with plenty of seats both indoor and out. Some indoor seating as well as the small gift shop on board were closed due to COVID. The snack bar served a limited menu along with several alcohol choices. Try the Orange crush. Service was friendly. A drink menu would be suggested. Smooth ride and great memories for my 7y.o. COVID-19 protocols are in place on board.

The ride was so smooth and the day was just gorgeous!! So we had a very pleasant experience!!
We go to Dewey every year from NYC, the ferry to and from breaks up the drive for us. Lewes terminal has changed, for the better, food was pretty good and atmosphere not bad
