It was a pleasure to work with this company. After calling and inquiring about getting my septic pumped, Rafael was on it and had someone to my house the very next day. They are very affordable and do a great job. You would never know there were even at your home, very quiet and no mess left behind. We had a surprise septic back up this morning! I called Clean Delaware and Steve R. came to our house within 2 hours. He was pleasant and took care of our situation professionally. I have used Clean Delaware for 20 years but never had an emergency before today. Grateful they are so responsive.
Dan and Bo came to my home for a septic inspection and pump out of my tanks. I had just purchased a home that had been unoccupied for 18+ months. They were very professional and when they found roots growing inside the first tank they found a way to get everything removed and cleaned out. Dan explained how the system worked and walked the drain field with me to as well. Highly recommend these two individuals and the company. Its been a few years since the septic was pumped by the previous homeowner. First time living with a septic system. The service tech, Henry, was able to come out that day and pump the system and clean it quickly. Did not mind my watching and gave a lot of excellent advice.
