As a family, this ferry always broke up the ride a bit. We even had dolphins swimming alongside a couple of times.
It's a pretty good ferry, and I saw the 4th of July fireworks and they were cool too. However, this is what happens when you put 2000 people in a parking lot and you had to evacuate the ENTIRE town of Lewes: Waiting there until 2:00 in the morning. It was chaos.
Great ferry boat ride, saves time between the beaches of Delmarva and NYC. Comfortable crafts.
This fairy is a very pleasant trip.
If you like ferries you're going to like this one. Spacious, plenty of room, bar, etc.
