The pool is fairly nice, about 6 lanes of Olympic length, wheel chair accessible with that section of the pool slightly warmer. Changing/shower facilities are pretty dated but fairly functional. Most of the time there's a lane or two or three open. You do need to work around swim meets, storm warnings, and staff call outs. There is a call list you can go on to be alerted of these and they will call often. Also, the pool is fairly dated and gets closed for maintenance from time to time.
