Friend was denied exculpatory evidence that showed he was innocent. Unjust court since the Federal and Delaware law say a defendant is entitled to this evidence.

Denied an innocent man’s expungement because it was “too soon.” Then he asked jury to consider lesser charge against a defendant when he had won his case. No place for subjective biased justices in the courts.
