I came to get guardianship and was appalled at how you are treated. All this court cares about is money it’s not at all about family. There really needs to be an overseer that randomly checks for an appropriate response during these cases. Sad there isn’t more help or interest for those pursuing a better life for a child

They need to remove Sonya wilson and the other Commissioners. Disrespectful, prejudice toward men and men of color. And I take care of my kid and have half the time. This court isn't bout kids. If it doesn't make since we need to stop allowing them to enforce rules that are sinceless. Weird only white judgeswomen also hmmmmmmm.

Bring your patients.. Had to get emergency Guardianship...what a nightmare. I was so tired from a 13 hr drive & depending on who you getn..one lady was very helpful...one was mean

Worst family court ever. The state of Delaware Family Court doesn't audit child support. So, if it gets wasted in the mother's lavish lifestyle and the child support money is not used properly, the state does not care if your child is suffering. Women arguments always got preference regardless. Figure it out... Another kangaroo court system of the rainbow communist state of Delawarestan. Also the judges/commissioners think they are gods and always correct regardless their primitive and bias thinking.nThey also jacked up the prices on everything. The family court charges you for everything you do, they suck your money. I don't know what the state does with the income taxes I pay... Family Court services should be free to all Delaware residents. However few good people work in that court, the place still horrible.
