I've been to several dentists in various states and this is the best experience I have ever had. The staff and Dr. Turner are very kind and professional. They go out of their way to explain procedures and make me feel at ease in a situation where I am typically very anxious. A lot of effort has been put into creating a comforting and pleasant environment. I highly recommend Dr. Turner and her office.

The front desk staff at this dental office is super sweet, the hygienists at this dental office are very kind, the dental office is pristine and beautiful. Dr Turner was well mannered and respectful. I had an urgent fix on a tooth, my (PC) dentist wasn’t available (family emergency) to help me. I was referred here, so I called. They got me in quickly and the front office worked very well with Current family situation. I explained my pain and most importantly explained our financial dilemma, I was in tears, pain and frustrated when I left. My husband and I have good (location specific) credit, but for whatever reason, when an emergency has come up, care credit doesn’t approve us. Care credit hasn’t approved a lot of people I know who claim to have good credit too. We have tried qualifying for care credit six times in 10 years for different Dental emergencies. This was explained to the dentist, plus information-to this day, I wish I had never said. “Casting your pearls before swine” Dental care isn’t cheap and most of all, dental emergencies are outrageously expensive! Sobbing, embarrassed, humiliated and in severe pain, I walked away with nothing more than an apology and “No, I can’t do payments“ from Dr Turner. Sometimes a Blessing of service, assistance, true care and concern to help others go a looong way. Life isn’t worth living when your soul focus is money. I will not return and will not refer. Shocked, but not surprised they called me about two months later and said, your insurance didn’t cover $10 of something....? How will you pay for this? Wow?! I pulled out my wallet and paid over the phone in full.

My fiance has been going here for years and I just started going here this year after he highly recommended them. I can see why he really wanted me to go to them! When you walk in you are greeted with friendly smiles! The decor is beautiful and elegant and has a very warm feel to it. My hygienist was personable and sweet! Bonnie Turner is a gem! We are lucky to have her in such a small town! She knew more about my teeth than any dentist ever has! When you are having your teeth cleaned they have a chair that massages your back and they also offer a hand treatment that makes your hands super soft! It's the little things that make a big difference! Keep up the great work! You gained a patient for life!
