Dynamic Dentistry Az

I was fortunate enough to take part in Dynamics free teeth cleaning for Veterans program November 6th. I am impressed at how beautiful the office is. The staff is so very pleasant. I'm not saying this just because I got something for free. The technician cleaning my teeth was awesome and polite. Cheerful is the word. It didn't seem like a chore to her. I recommend using Dynamic at least once to see and experience the beautiful office and especially the staff for yourself. I've already committed my children to have their oral health maintained by Dynamic Dentistry.

I recently moved to Show Low and was looking for a dentist to get my wisdom teeth taken out. I was able to call and book an extremely timely initial appointment and was put at ease right away. A cozy lobby and the receptionist, Leslie was so polite and sweet. Geri the dental assistant gave a small tour of the state of the art office and was very patient with my nervousness. She spoke very clearly and explained every step of the process. She was very kind. Dr. Farr was incredibly professional, kind, friendly and spoke at length with me about my procedure without seeming rushed at all. All of the ladies listened to each one of my concerns and offered many different solutions that would work for me. I left feeling confident that I would be taken care of for all future procedures. I would recommend this office to anyone who dreads going to the dentist. They even gave me a personalized thank you card! 10/10!!!

Great experience, got me in right away as I was in a lot of pain. Would highly recommend them.

I have to agree with a few of the other individuals here, this office is only about the money they are ripping off from their customers. The dollar signs obviously take a priority over the well being and satisfaction of the client. I am appalled by the pure lack of concern and desire to work with the customer that this place demonstrates. They have a real talent for for telling you how important they are and how precious their time is without once taking into consideration that people just like them have obligations too that are just as important. I have had multiple rude encounters with various office personnel regarding my concerns. It's pretty sad when you contact this office to inform them that as a manager of a busy business something has come up and you will not be able to make your appointment the lack of concern that they have. Instead of making attempts of understanding, they rather lecture you and slap you with over $100.00 in fees. I'm sorry but I do not need to be talked down to and disrespected by a DENTIST that thinks the world revolves around solely them. This place thinks way to highly of themselves and their time. Let me remind you, you are nothing more then a DENTIST only in business because of your client base. You may think your time was wasted, I KNOW my money was wasted. I presume by this places lack of customer service, the loss of a handful of customers and several thousands of dollars means nothing.
