I walked in thinking I had strep. Told them all about what was going on including sore throat and hearing loss. They took a look at my throat and ear, told me I had a cold, and to take over the counter medication. I went to Banner Urgent Care, and they told me I had an ear infection after looking at my ear for 2 seconds! 2 seconds! It literally took me half an hour to get antibiotics for something so obvious, when at Mountain Family Care, it took an hour and a half for them to dismiss me with a cold!

First time in, and this place was very very great. The three employees I had the pleasure of interacting with were all super professional, but also human and kind. I literally shed a tear because of how good the service was. They're angels or darn close. Thank you.

Recommended to be a good pediatrician for my new born son. However dr messed up my sons circumcision. During the procedure even asked my wife and I if he could squirt a bunch of ketchup to look like blood to scare a new trainee. I would not recommend dr varga to anyone. My will need to see a specialist now and hoping to send Varga the bill since he screwed up. If your a dr and not confident in procedures speak up and don’t “practice” on your clients. Refer them to someone who is.

I called and tried to explain that I had a sick granddaughter visiting me and she needed to see a doctor. I was trying to ask what I needed for her to be seen but I was abruptly cut off and told to come as a walk in so I drove the 30 min. to town. When I got there I was told they wouldn’t take her insurance even though I said I would be self pay and that I needed a letter from the mom. I asked if she could fax it and the mashed potato sandwich working the desk said that would take hours to process. They recommended I go to another clinic to help my sick baby. Please Use StatClinix Urgent care!!! They are the best!!!! Thanks Mountain Family for the recommendation. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
