WOW! Who would have thought an insurance agency could be this GREAT! What a team Juan has built. I found this office during my search for condo insurance. I have to wonder how I managed all these years without working with this office. Give this office a call and talk to anyone and your like family instantly. I work with Katrina directly and she is AMAZING! I don't know anyone from this office personally and found them in a simple google search but WOW... I hit a JACKPOT!

I have dealt with a lot of insurance agents in the past but by far this is the BEST GROUP OF PEOPLE working at Juan Johnson’s that I have ever encountered at any business, not only insurance. The are helpful, friendly and always helpful in answering any questions I may have. I live in Milton and do not see them often and although I have many choices for insurance closer to me both State Farm and others, I choose Juan and his marvelous helpful women in his office— they are a 5+ in my book!

I don’t even know where to start!! I received an update from my insurance company and my insurance insanely increased by $400 a month. Who can afford that, not me. I contacted my insurance company who I’ve been with for 20+ years and they said they would see what they could do and would call me back. Well 3 days went by and nothing so I called them. They again said they would see what they could do. I don’t have time to wait so I contacted Katrina McGee at Juan Johnson’s office in Dagsboro and told her what I was experiencing. I took her my information late Friday, in which she stayed late to make sure we had everything that was needed Katrina then called me by 9:00 a.m. On Monday and informed that they were able to get me insurance on all 6, yes 6 vehicles for $502.00 cheaper than my current insurance company. I couldn’t get off the phone fast enough to cancel my current provider!! The kicker for me was my insurance company never made any offers to try and keep us as a customer or even say sorry we couldn’t help you but thank you for being our customer for so many years. Thank you Katrina for your professionalism, quick response and most of all thank for huge savings!!
