I don't dislike it. Just very limited parking and I am always waiting for a parking space so i can go to check in. Seems to always be a catch in getting my prescriptions approved and filled between approval with insurance and the NAPC. They are very nice and they care about their patients. It just seems like if i have a medication problem I have to wait several days to get it rectified.

This is a good Pain Clinic. They dont give up on options to try until I get relief. Good staff. The only thing I dont really like is that I never see the doctor except for procedures. It's always a PA for office visits. Jason Pace is compassionate and professional. Be prepared for a long wait time though...

I visited this clinic monthly for over a year, but it was frustrating that no progress was made in dealing with my pain. I was patiently hoping for some treatment that would help but there didn’t seem to be much interest in pursuing other options besides medications (many are listed on the website). On my last appointment I was ten minutes late (the only time), and was informed that the clinic was booked solid and had already taken another patient in my place. I had to reschedule an appointment for a different day, after which a $150 payment for the “missed appointment” was demanded. There have been times, however, when I have had to wait for up to two hours for my consultation. When I refused to pay the $150 penalty I received a certified letter from the Clinic Manager stating that I would no longer receive treatment based on the following reasons: • Failure to address financial responsibilities • Violation of attendance policy • Violation of patient conduct I am shocked that Dr. Brownsberger would allow his staff to construe one 10 minute tardy arrival this way! As he certainly is aware, it takes weeks to be accepted as a new pain management patient with a different provider, much longer than a monthly prescription lasts. Not only that, when a new provider requested my records from Dr. Brownsberger’s office they made a point to assert these same three reasons for my being discharged from their care, which I assume was meant to prevent another provider from accepting me as a patient. These people are mean-spirited and heartless! If all you are looking for is prescription medication you might be happy with Dr. Brownsberger’s clinic, as long as you don’t complain about their service. Otherwise, you would be wise to look elsewhere for treatment of chronic pain.

So far, very unprofessional. Attitude and excuses from front desk and intake staff. Appointment was at 245, it is now 420 and was just shown to a back room where I am to wait longer. They had me complete 12 pages of questions, then didnt bother reading it and asked me the same questions all over again while she wrote a few scribbled notes. Intake nurse or staff person began talking negatively about front desk staff. If I knew this is what I was waiting two weeks to experience, I would have driven to Phoenix or Mesa for professional care.. Did I mention I still have not been seen by a professional? Waiting in private room with shirt off and the janitor entered without knocking to empty the trash! Are you kidding me!? I plan to let doc know.. to be continued...

I LOVE the doctor and staff. They always have a smile and are all very compassionate. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
