The office staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Moore was professional and efficient as well as friendly. The tests were explained and I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend this office to others. However, I did not receive a copy of the instructions to prepare me for the tests. It was on the registration forms on line, but when I submitted it, the instructions were sent also and I never received any other information.

Dr Moore and his staff are always great. During my recent visit, I had my hearing tested and my hearing aids adjusted. Dr Moore took time to discuss my concerns about my hearing. I came away with information that should be very helpful.

It was my first visit, everyone made me feel comfortable. Now I know I will need a hearing aid, and the rest of my hearing and balance are fine.
