They went above and beyond for us! Our unit was very cute and clean BUT it was warm (reading 81-82 while AC was on 70 and it was 103 degrees outside) We called- they sent someone out immediately to look at it move things around etc. Within 1 hour the maintenance manager called and asked if it was helping and if the upstairs was still warm- which it was, he again within the hour had 2 air conditioning units installed in the upstairs of our townhouse so that the entire house was cool and comfortable. Our experience was wonderful!nnGreat customer service and response is key to a great company in my opinion and they were top notch! Things happen! It’s the way they are handled that makes all the difference! Be realistic! 5 stars from us!

As a former United States Border Patrol Agent, I have traveled all over our beautiful & most honorable nation, residing in a plethora of extremely charming & simply legendary destinations throughout the USA. Without a doubt, Holiday Real Estate's 77th Street location in Ocean City, Maryland was the trashiest, vilest, most despicable rental unit I have EVER resided in by FAR. Holiday's employees are pure scum, miscreants of the LOWEST CALIBER, 100% COMPLETE TRASH. Plain & Simple.

Absolutely a bait and switch. Pictures of the rental must have been 15 years old. There was broken glass behind the bed, glass in the garbage disposal, and the closet doors were broken.nThe dish washer leaked soap so they sent out a repair guy who showed up four hours late and he didn’t even fix it. We turned it on after he left and it leaked soap again.nAnyway this place was too gross and unsafe for my crawling baby so we left a night early. They did NOTHING to make up to us they basically told us to stop bothering them. 1/10 would NOT recommend.

I don’t even want to give this place 1 star...We have been using Holiday for 10+ years because we enjoy the unit that we rent. Over and over this rental company continues to SCREW us time and time again. WE WILL NO LONGER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Ever! This year with all that’s going on with Covid they have been HORRIBLE! Completely not a trustworthy company! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!
