The house is very nice and we enjoyed our vacation once we cleaned the entire unit. Cleaning between rentals is important, but during this time of COVID it is critical for people to feel comfortable and safe. The place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It’s sad because I know the owners are paying for this service.
We love using Long and Foster Bethany Beach office. Kelci is always always one her game when it comes to making your vacation as smooth as possible and she does everything she possibly can for you to have the best vacation ever. Definitely recommend using Long and Foster Bethany Beach Office if your planning any trip to Bethany Beach.
once arrived we could not got into house despite several phone calls to emergency # and 3 local locksmiths and them all saying they cant help. we had to SLEEP IN OUR CAR the first night. place was dirty when we got inside, and then had to clean bed blankets and mattress pads. And this is during COVID!! and most people at office RUDE and didnt care. we unforn stayed for 2 weeks of hell
We had a great vacation. Second year at the same property and we again had great service from the Long and Foster team.
STAY AWAY! CANCELED 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL for a 2 week rental. If you want to have the worst day ever right before your summer vacation rent through these people. Fraudulent and shocking. Leaves families with time taken off work and no rental home to stay in LAST MINUTE! All that with no apology and zero effort to compensate or make it right. Worst real estate company I’ve ever encountered.
