Leanne, or however it’s spelled; landlord for “South Island Villas 4“ is a rude human being. Laughing in our faces as we try to fix an issue regarding the rental, hanging up phone calls, and all around just handled business terribly with us. This company is horrible... we stayed here 4 years in a row and were treated horribly this year. Our business will be taken elsewhere from now on thank god.

Our rental condo was not ready on time, the manager was rude, she lied about the terms of the agreement and when we finally got into our condo there was sand everywhere, dirty dishes in the sink and full trash cans from the prior tenant - and we saw the cleaning crew of four leaving. Costal Resort Sales and Rentals does not manager their business well and treats their customers horribly. Rent elsewhere.

I worked with Coastal for 4 years to arrange family vacations. This year I paid $2500 down and covid hit us. I completely forgot about the rental until one week prior to the dates of rental when I received a call stating I needed to pay the balance due or loose the rental. I didn’t work during covid and didn’t qualify for unemployment so no income. I was unable to pay the balance and asked them to release the rental.nI explained this to the male agent and was told I get no refund since I didn’t cancel 30 days prior. To add insult to injury an additional $650 was taken from my bank account on file WITHOUT my consent! That left me a virtually no money in my account.nAll of my attempts to come to a resolution have been frustrating and without any regard for my situation. I will never use their services again and I encourage everyone I talk to to avoid them.nThis has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m out over $3000 and they refuse to work with me! I’m so very frustrated.

Rented a property for 3 nights, tried to cancel within a day of signing contact due to newly imposed COVID-19 travel restrictions. Was told owners can approve refund and they flat out refused. Poor business being what is going on right now. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
