We stay at Seawatch every year and rent through Century 21. So nice arriving at the condo no matter what time you get there and park. No line to wait in for check in. They will text you when your place is ready if you arrive early. Everyone is so pleasant, helpful and nice.
I absolutely LOVE this complex. My family and I have stayed here many years, prob about 6. And in different condos. The facilty has everytjing we need, we dont even have to leave once we go food shopping if we dont want to. Always super clean and the staff are all very helpful.
We have been coming to Sea Watch for years. Most of the time, in-processing has been smooth and the rooms have been adequate.nnOf the years we have been coming to Sea Watch, we had a couple of hiccups with Century 21. But, this year, was really inexcusable.nnWe arrived on schedule to check in at 3:00 PM, as we had been advised. We collected the room keys, loaded up all of our bags on the cart, hauled them all the way up to our to room, and when we opened our door, we were greeted by the most filthy, horrendous room.nnWhen it was brought to the Century 21 staff's attention, they were completely unapologetic and tried to skirt around the whole thing; making excuses that the cleaners could be in the room during check-in hours (which kind of defeats the purpose of making a check-in time in the first place).
We had a great room with a fabulous view! Great time with family.
